Role Description The Front Office Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves welcoming members and visitors, managing reception activities, handling inquiries, and ensuring a professional, friendly first impression at the front desk. The Executive will coordinate front office operations, including membership registrations, appointment scheduling, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing phone calls and digital inquiries, supporting promotional campaigns, assisting with in-club marketing activities, and providing timely information on services, programs, and offers. The role also requires close collaboration with fitness and management teams to enhance member experience, address feedback, and contribute to member retention initiatives.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to engage effectively with members and visitors.
  • Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties and Front Office skills for managing the desk, appointments, and daily administrative tasks.
  • Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for in-person, phone, and digital interactions.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing or member engagement activities within a service environment is desirable.
  • Proficiency with computers and office software, including email, spreadsheets, and CRM or membership systems, is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in front office, hospitality, fitness centers, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, maintain a professional appearance, and handle high-traffic environments is preferred.
