Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling inquiries and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with all necessary stationery and materials.
  • Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when needed.
  • Assist in the coordination of meetings, bookings, and conference room setups.
  • Support other administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies at all times.
  • Report any security or maintenance issues to the appropriate departments.
