Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when needed.
- Assist in the coordination of meetings, bookings, and conference room setups.
- Support other administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies at all times.
- Report any security or maintenance issues to the appropriate departments.
