Job Description
- Responsible for the efficient management of the front office operations, including all related services to ensure profitability through proper planning, organizing, directing, implementing and control.
- Ensure ongoing liaising and coordinating with all departments of the entity to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Ensure that Team Members are prepared and well-informed to deliver an exceptional experience to Guests from check-in through check-out.
- Supervise the Front Office team to ensure optimum occupancy and average room rate for the purpose of maximizing revenue
Maintains a professional cohesive team by hiring, training, coaching, counseling and developing the most qualified individuals.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Candidate must possess a minimum two-year experience in an upscale hotel as a Front Office Manager along with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Four-year degree from a Hotel Management school or Business school.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and computer skills.
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business demands.
- Assist with additional projects or requests as needed.
