Job Description

Maintain guest relation at front office.

Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.

Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook.

Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Organizing Appointments and Meetings as per schedule

Providing administrative support to MD

Answering and forwarding phone calls

Co-ordinating for media interactions.

Timely and effective service

Zero complaints from internal and external customers.

Correspondence

Data Management

*Assisting MD in his daily media interviews and maintaining his calendar.

Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in receptionist role.

Incumbent should be preferably from Western suburb area.
