Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end hiring and conduct induction programs for new employees
- Continually educate employees on company policies and keep the employee handbook updated
- Monitor employee progress reviews and assessments; address any problems or grievances
- Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
- Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters, documents, certificates, and attendance records as required, in consultation with management
- Facilitate joining formalities for new employees
- Review and update job descriptions for all positions on a regular basis
- Supervise front office management activities
- Manage payroll processing
- Handle performance management and employee appraisals
- Monitor office equipment, interiors, and overall cleanliness
- Coordinate and manage company events
- Ensure strict adherence to time management and discipline
- Handling Front Office and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in organizational planning, recruitment, organizational development, and employee relations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment
- Candidates residing near Basaveshwaranagar will be preferred
