Job Title: Front Office Executive / Customer Care Associate

Location: Racecourse Road Bangalore
Reporting To: Front Office TL
Timings – 6 hours Shift ( Rotational) Week Off - Rotational
Salary – Upto 4 to 6 LPA + ESOPS Position
Overview:
The Front Office Executive will be responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient environment for patients and visitors. This role involves managing patient registration, handling inquiries, coordinating with clinical and support teams, and ensuring a smooth front-desk operation. Candidates from a hospitality background are preferred for their strong customer service and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients, attendants, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage patient registration, appointments, and billing coordination in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure timely patient f low.
• Maintain and update patient records accurately.
• Manage cash transactions, billing, and payment receipts where applicable.
• Support the admission and discharge process, ensuring proper documentation. • Handle patient feedback and escalate service issues to the Front Office Manager when required. • Ensure the reception and waiting area are always clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Adhere to hospital policies related to confidentiality, data protection, and patient safety.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Graduate in any discipline (preferably Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality operations (experience in healthcare is an advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Presentable, well-groomed, and patient-oriented demeanor.
