This role manages the welcome desk, ensures smooth daily communications, and supports the admissions team by making an exceptional first impression on prospective parents
Core Purpose
- Brand Ambassadorship: Provide a warm, premium first impression for all visitors & parents
- Front Office Operations: Manage the main lobby, incoming calls, and visitor logs efficiently during school working hours.
- Admissions Support: Screen initial walk-ins and inquiries to hand over high-quality leads to the admissions team.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Management: Welcome guests, verify identities, issue visitor badges, and maintain tight campus security protocols.
- Query Resolution: Answer routine parent questions about school timings, transport, fees, and event schedules.
- Lead Coordination: Log walk-in parent details accurately into the school CRM and alert admissions managers immediately.
- Lobby Upkeep: Ensure the reception, waiting lounge remain spotless & well organized
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5+ years of front desk, reception, or guest relations experience (K-12 school or hospitality background preferred) with exceptional presentation & communication skills.
