- Engageinattentive,personalizeddiscussionstounderstandindividualpreferencesandrecommendthemostfittingoptions.
- Introduceplans,benefits,andongoingofferingsinamannerthatfeelsnatural,relevant,andvalueoriented.
- Convertinquiriesintomembershipsthroughthoughtfulcommunication,consistentfollowthrough,andgenuinerapport.
- Maintainanorganizedandupdatedleadpipelinewithsteady,professionalengagement.
- Suggestadditionalservicestocustomerswhenappropriate,ensuringrecommendationsfeelseamlessandwellconsidered.

Requirements:
- Graduateinanydiscipline(preferred).
- 24yearsofexperienceinfrontoffice,customerservice,orsalesroles.
- Experienceinservicebasedindustries(fitness,hospitality,retail,wellness,etc.)isanadvantage.
- Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
- Customercentricmindsetwithapleasantandapproachablepersonality.
- Abilitytomultitaskandmanagetimeeffectively.
- Basicsalesaptitudewithconfidenceinpitchingandclosingdeals.
- ProficiencyinMSOfficeandbasiccomputeroperations.
