JobRole:

TheFrontOfficeExecutiveatSpartanIndiaplaysadualrole,servingasthefirstpointofcontactforcustomersatthereceptiondeskwhileactivelycontributingtosalesgrowth.Thispositionrequiresaconfidentcommunicatorwhocandeliverexceptionalcustomerservice,managefrontdeskoperationsefficiently,andproactivelypromoteSpartanIndia'sservicestowalkincustomers.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Provideaprofessionalandcourteouswelcometoallcustomers,visitors,andvendors.
  • Manageincomingcalls,emails,andinquiries,ensuringtimelyandaccurateredirection.
  • Maintainacleanandpresentablereceptionarea.
  • Handlecustomercheckins,registrations,andappointmentscheduling.
  • Maintainvisitorlogs,attendancerecords,andessentialdocumentation.
  • Coordinatewithinternaldepartmentstosupportsmoothdailyoperations.
  • PresentSpartanIndia'sservicesandofferingswithclarity,confidence,andacomposedconsultativestyle.
  • Engageinattentive,personalizeddiscussionstounderstandindividualpreferencesandrecommendthemostfittingoptions.
  • Introduceplans,benefits,andongoingofferingsinamannerthatfeelsnatural,relevant,andvalueoriented.
  • Convertinquiriesintomembershipsthroughthoughtfulcommunication,consistentfollowthrough,andgenuinerapport.
  • Maintainanorganizedandupdatedleadpipelinewithsteady,professionalengagement.
  • Suggestadditionalservicestocustomerswhenappropriate,ensuringrecommendationsfeelseamlessandwellconsidered.
  • Sharemeaningfulclientobservationsandfeedbacktosupportcontinuousimprovementandmarketingefforts.
  • Contributetoselectpromotionalandclientfocusedactivitiesthatenhanceoverallbrandexperience.
  • Activelyparticipateinallpreopeningsalesinitiatives,ensuringeffectiveleadmanagementandearlycustomeronboarding.
  • Assistwithdailyreportingonfootfall,inquiries,andsalesperformance.
  • Handlebasicbilling,invoicing,andpettycashtransactions.
  • Coordinatewithoperationsteamstoensureaseamlesscustomerexperience.
  • Performgeneraladministrativetasksincludingfiling,dataentry,andinventorychecks.

Requirements:

  • Graduateinanydiscipline(preferred).
  • 24yearsofexperienceinfrontoffice,customerservice,orsalesroles.
  • Experienceinservicebasedindustries(fitness,hospitality,retail,wellness,etc.)isanadvantage.
  • Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
  • Customercentricmindsetwithapleasantandapproachablepersonality.
  • Abilitytomultitaskandmanagetimeeffectively.
  • Basicsalesaptitudewithconfidenceinpitchingandclosingdeals.
  • ProficiencyinMSOfficeandbasiccomputeroperations.
  • Professionalgroomingandpresentationismandatory.
