Job Summary

Skylink Fibernet Private Limited is looking for a professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations, coordinate administrative tasks, and ensure a smooth and welcoming office environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customers and internal teams efficiently.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Any Degree (preferred: Business Administration/HR/Customer Service background).
  • Experience: 0–3 years in Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, or Administrative roles.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Tamil.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pleasant personality, customer-friendly attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and handle pressure professionally.
  • Well-groomed, presentable, and disciplined.
