Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Executive at Shilton Hospitality Pvt Ltd, located in Mysore for Fireflies Resort Kabini. The responsibilities include managing receptionist duties, handling front office operations, responding to guest queries, assisting with customer service tasks, and ensuring a smooth and professional front-desk experience for visitors and guests.

Roles & Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner

Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently

Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries

Maintain guest records and update details accurately in the system

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Address guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally

Ensure proper handling of cash, billing, and invoices (if applicable)

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area

Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures

Assist with reservations, room allocations, and daily reports

Skills & Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-service oriented with a pleasant personality

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, PMS systems preferred)

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage
