Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Member Policy Compliance: Account for and charge non-members who are accompanied by members according to the organization's policy.
  • Communication Ownership: Take ownership of all communications from members until the required service or information has been delivered.
  • Reservation Management: Ensure that reservation requests received from members for any service are correctly blocked and processed as per their specifications.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a professional and courteous approach in all interactions to enhance member satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of member communications, reservations, and service requests for follow-up and reporting purposes.
