Project & Location:

This new project coming up in a heritage city of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (formerly known as Aurangabad), and is poised to be new Japanese Hospitality icon in India. This project is specially designed for upcoming Japanese corporate companies in Auto and non-Auto sector. With interesting blend of rooms, Japanese and non-Japanese F&B concept, and some Japanese amenities.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Front Office Executive. The role will involve managing reception duties such as welcoming visitors, handling calls, and addressing client queries. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining a professional and organized front office, and coordinating communication between departments, manage corporate tariff management, negotiations, agreements, etc. The Front Office Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring smooth daily operations of the office.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Office Administration and Front Office Management
  • Skills in Customer Service and a strong focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and solve problems efficiently
  • Experience in working with international clients or exposure to Japanese culture and businesses is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred.
