Front Office Executive

We're hiring a Front Office Executive for a 29-room boutique hotel we manage in the Himalayan foothills, right where the city gives way to the hills. Colonial charm meets contemporary design here: muted tones, mountain views, garden dining under the open sky, and a multi-cuisine restaurant and café that welcome leisure travellers, families and corporate guests alike.

Pasban - The Gatekeeper is the next chapter from Akhil Anand, who scaled Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels into one of India's most respected boutique hospitality brands. We manage a growing portfolio of boutique, experiential hotels, each run on the same idea: small inventory, strong sense of place, real local food and unhurried service.

What you'll do

• Own check-ins, check-outs and the guest ledger on your shift

• Handle reservations across the PMS, OTAs and direct bookings, along with billing, cashiering and night audit

• Be the first and last face guests see: warm, attentive and genuinely curious about people

• Coordinate with housekeeping and F&B so every arrival is ready and every request is closed

• Stay calm and in control through late arrivals, overbookings and guest complaints

Who we're looking for

• 1–3 years at the front desk of a hotel or resort (boutique or heritage experience is a plus)

• Hands-on with a hotel PMS (IDS, Opera, eZee, DJUBO or similar)

• Fluent, confident English and Hindi

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management preferred

• Comfortable working rotational shifts
