Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Office Executive role based in Kolkata. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, managing the reception area, and ensuring a professional and welcoming first point of contact. Daily activities include answering and directing phone calls, handling inquiries, managing appointments, and maintaining visitor logs. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, managing incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries, and supporting basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization. The Front Office Executive will uphold company standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Front Office and Receptionist Duties skills, including managing a reception desk, handling calls, and coordinating visitor flow.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and team members.
- Proven Customer Service mindset, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve basic issues, and maintain a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy (email, calendar tools, MS Office or similar) and familiarity with office equipment (phones, printers, scanners).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and reliability in handling routine tasks.
- Prior experience in front office, reception, or administrative roles in real estate or related industries is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a diploma or degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
