As the Front Office Executive, you will be the face of the institution, creating a warm, professional, and welcoming environment for parents, students, and visitors. Key Responsibilities:
Guest & Parent Experience
- Welcome parents, students, and visitors with a high level of professionalism and courtesy
- Ensure a seamless and positive front office experience aligned with the school's brand standards
Communication Management
- Handle all incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries effectively
- Provide accurate and articulate information regarding admissions, school programs, and policies
Admissions Coordination
- Support the admissions process by managing enquiries and scheduling appointments
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective parents to enhance conversion
Administrative Excellence
- Maintain visitor logs, records, and front office documentation
- Manage courier services, dispatch records, and reception area upkeep
Coordination & Support
- Act as a bridge between parents and internal departments
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for school leadership
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate with minimum 4 years of relevant experience (preferably in education or service industry)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-groomed, presentable, and confident personality
- Proficient in MS Office and basic administrative tools
