Job Title

Front Office Executive / Front Desk Executive / Reception Executive

Job Summary

A Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for visitors and clients. They are responsible for managing the front desk, greeting guests, handling calls, and providing administrative support while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Manage appointments, meetings, and schedules
  • Answer inquiries and provide basic information about the organization
  • Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
  • Handle emails, couriers, and postal correspondence
  • Coordinate with internal departments when required
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized
  • Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks

Skills Required

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Polite, confident, and professional behavior
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Time management skills

Qualifications

  • Minimum: High school / 12th pass
  • Preferred: Diploma or graduate in any field
  • Relevant experience is an advantage but not always required

Work Environment

  • Offices, hotels, hospitals, corporate buildings, schools, etc.
  • Mostly desk-based role with regular interaction with people
