Job Title: Front Office Executive

Job Type: Full-time Location: Chandigarh

Reports to: Branch Manager

Job Summary

The person is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers when they enter an office, organization, or business.

The job of a Front Office Executive involves a range of administrative and customer service tasks. Job Description:

Greeting clients and setting a positive office atmosphere

Answering the phone, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective offices

Organizing and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary

Creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheets

Ensuring the cleanliness upkeepment of Office

Co-ordination with Head Office for smooth office operations

Making First and Impressive call to the lead

Making and receiving calls from Students and assist them with their query

Making Follow-up calls with Students Assigning Leads to Education Counselors Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field

Minimum Of 3 Years Of Relevant Experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partner institutions and internal teams
