We are looking for a Front Office Executive to manage our front desk operations and ensure a welcoming and efficient environment for visitors and staff. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn and grow in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain the front office area in a tidy and organized manner.
  • Handle scheduling and appointment bookings for executives and managers.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and events as needed.
  • Provide information about the organization and its services to clients and visitors.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed for visitor access.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and professional appearance.
