This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and requires a dedicated Front Office Executive to manage daily front office operations. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling reception desk duties, managing inquiries, coordinating reservations, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The role also includes maintaining communication with various departments and addressing client needs with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties and handling client-facing tasks
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Knowledge and expertise in Front Office operations and management
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Professional demeanor and presentation skills
  • Prior experience in the hotel industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
  • Salary Budget Is Upto 29K
