Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive located in Vadakara,Calicut. The Front Office Executive will handle reception desk duties, manage guest check-ins and check-outs, provide exceptional customer service, and address guest inquiries effectively. The role also involves maintaining an organized front office environment, coordinating with different departments, and contributing to smooth day-to-day operations of the hotel.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Front Office operations
  • Demonstrated Customer Service expertise with a guest-oriented approach
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in hotel management software or relevant systems is an advantage
  • Ability to handle complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is preferred
