Your Role

As an Front Office Executive at StayVista, you'll be instrumental in finding and attracting top talent to help us achieve our goals. You'll design and execute recruitment strategies that align with our vision, working closely with management to identify and meet staffing needs.

Beyond filling positions, you'll create a positive hiring experience and ensure that each new team member is a perfect fit for our culture. If you're passionate about connecting with people and making a meaningful impact, this role is for you.

About You

  • Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming guests and ensuring a warm, professional front-desk experience.
  • Manage visitor entry, calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and support day-to-day office operations.
  • Maintain front office records, visitor logs, and basic administrative documentation.
  • Liaise with internal teams for smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Ensure the reception area is organized, presentable, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Requires 0 to 3 years of work experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Graduate degree or post graduate in Hospitality or a related field.
  • This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs

  • Prior experience in luxury hospitality or guest-facing roles with strong customer service and communication skills will be an added advantage.
