Job Description

We are seeking a courteous, organized, and professional Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The role is responsible for managing front office operations, handling inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries, and route them to the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure adherence to security and access protocols.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and support day-to-day front office activities.
  • Handle courier, mail, and package management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and common areas.
  • Support management with basic administrative and coordination tasks as required.
  • Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 03 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced office environment.

Note: Candidates with a Convent education background are preferred.
