We are seeking a courteous, organized, and professional Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The role is responsible for managing front office operations, handling inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries, and route them to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure adherence to security and access protocols.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and support day-to-day front office activities.
- Handle courier, mail, and package management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and common areas.
- Support management with basic administrative and coordination tasks as required.
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 03 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer-facing role.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
