We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Executive with 4-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be able to handle front office operations independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department
  • Manage and maintain a neat and organized front office area
  • Manage and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and queries
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain records of office supplies and order as needed

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 4-8 years of experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
