Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Office Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and handling room reservations and bookings. Daily tasks include responding to phone and in-person inquiries, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and maintaining accurate guest records and billing information. The role also involves addressing guest requests and concerns promptly, providing local information and assistance, and ensuring the reception area is organized, professional, and welcoming. The Front Office Executive will follow hotel policies and procedures, support daily reporting, and contribute to smooth front office operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills, to engage with guests in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Experience with Front Office operations and Receptionist Duties, including check-in/check-out, reservations, and basic billing procedures.
  • Clear and confident Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management or reservation systems.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and solve problems efficiently.
  • Professional appearance, punctuality, and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or front office roles is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided for promising candidates.
  • Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; a hospitality-related certification or diploma is an advantage.
