Job Summary:The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing patient admissions (IPD/OPD), handling enquiries, counseling patients and attendants, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations. The role requires excellent communication skills, a patient-centric attitude, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various hospital departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist patients, attendants, and visitors courteously.
- Handle IPD and OPD registrations, admissions, and discharges efficiently.
- Provide counseling to patients and their families regarding hospital services, billing procedures, and admission protocols.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records in the hospital management software.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, and other departments for seamless patient service.
- Handle telephone calls, appointment scheduling, and patient follow-ups.
- Manage the front office area, ensuring it remains neat, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and service quality standards.
- Support in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required.
Skills & Competencies:- Excellent verbal and written communication (English and Hindi).

- Computer proficiency (MS Office, Hospital Management Software).

Qualifications & Experience:- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Hospitality / Healthcare Administration).
- Experience: 25 years in front office or customer service (healthcare experience preferred).
Work Schedule:- Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per hospital policy.
