Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Varanasi, on Gangotri - A Divine River Retreat, UP's first ever luxury Floating Hotel having 5-star facilities, catering to elite guests.. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing front desk operations, and ensuring smooth communication between guests and internal teams. The role includes handling customer inquiries, coordinating reservations, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance guest experiences. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to upholding a welcoming and efficient environment for all visitors and staff.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as Front Office Executive/Supervisor/Associate at a reputed hotel property
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
• Proven experience in Receptionist Duties and Front Office operations
• Excellent Customer Service skills and a customer-first mindset
• Proficiency in handling administrative tasks and managing guest inquiries
• Strong organizational skills and a professional demeanor
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and reservation systems is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred
• Fluency in English and Hindi, additional language skills would be a plus
