Job Description

Front Office Executive

  • Handle day-to-day administrative activities of the organization.
  • Manage employee attendance and leave applications.
  • Maintain housekeeping checklists to ensure proper upkeep of the office facility.
  • Manage reception activities, including attending guest and associate calls.
  • Coordinate and assist with client visits and board meeting arrangements.

Requirements

  • Handle day-to-day office purchases, prepare purchase requests, obtain approvals, and maintain records.
  • Maintain inventory of stationery and office supplies.
  • Manage and maintain courier records and dispatch details.
  • Perform filing, documentation, and drafting of letters as required.

  • Well-organized with good multitasking abilities.

What you've got

  • Graduate or Diploma holder.
  • Pleasing and professional personality.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
