What we are looking for

- Independent Working Ability: Able to handle front desk responsibilities independently with minimal supervision; should be a quick thinker, capable of solving problems and taking decisions on their own.
- Communication Skills (important): Should speak clearly, professionally, and confidently with staff and visitors.
- Email Drafting: Should be able to write basic professional emails independently.
- MS Excel Knowledge: Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, with experience beyond only data entry work.
- Professional Appearance: Smart, neat, well-groomed, and professional in appearance and behaviour at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk and reception operations efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls and route them to the concerned departments.
- Welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Maintain visitor records, courier management, and incoming/outgoing mails.
- Support day-to-day office administration and coordination activities.
- Maintain office files, records, and basic documentation.
- Coordinate staff attendance records and support routine HR/admin activities.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Schedule meetings and assist in internal coordination.
- Ensure proper upkeep and smooth functioning of the reception and common office areas.
- Support management with general administrative tasks as assigned.
Preferred Additional Experience
- Prior experience in handling travel coordination, hotel bookings, and meeting arrangements will be an added advantage.
Skills & Requirements
- Ideally, a candidate who stays in travel proximity of the organisation
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Presentable, polite, and professional personality.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle calls, visitors, and office operations independently.
- Preference will be given to local candidates and immediate joiners.
