Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Customer Service professional. The position is located in Bengaluru and involves welcoming patients and visitors, managing appointments, and coordinating front office operations. Responsibilities include handling phone inquiries professionally, scheduling appointments, managing patient check-ins/check-outs, and assisting with general receptionist duties. The Front Office Customer Service professional will act as the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling
• Strong Customer Service orientation and ability to manage Receptionist Duties
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and handle patient interactions with empathy and professionalism
• Basic proficiency in office software and familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage
