Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Front Office cum Telesales Executive to manage front desk operations while supporting telesales activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to engage customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Management:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries and direct them to the concerned team.
- Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and front desk records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure the front office area is clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
Telesales Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company products/services.
- Identify and qualify leads through calling, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
- Explain product details, handle customer queries, and share quotations if required.
- Maintain daily call logs, lead reports, and update CRM/database regularly.
- Achieve monthly call targets, lead conversion goals, and support the sales team.
