Position: Admin Assistant cum Sales Support Executive
The Admin Assistant cum Sales Support Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support while assisting the sales and business development team in client coordination, proposal management, follow-ups, CRM handling, and day-to-day office operations. The role requires strong communication, coordination, documentation, and organizational skills to ensure smooth business operations and client servicing.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and coordination activities.
- Maintain records, files, documents, agreements, and company databases.
- Handle scheduling of meetings, appointments, and team coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, and internal documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Manage courier, travel bookings, office inventory, and operational support.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office systems and administrative processes.
Sales Support Responsibilities
- Assist the sales/business development team in lead management and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and client documents.
- Visiting Exhibitions to prospect new clients
- Maintain and update CRM/database with leads, client communication, and project status.
- Support in generating inquiries for services such as:
- Product Design
- Exhibition Stall Design
- Branding & Communication Design
- Social Media Marketing
- 3D Animation & Creative Services
- Coordinate with the design and execution team for timely project delivery.
- Track proposal submissions, payment follow-ups, and closure status.
- Support management in business development and client servicing activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of sales coordination and CRM management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle deadlines.
- Professional email drafting and documentation skills.
- Positive attitude with client-handling capability.
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, sales support, CRM, or coordination roles.
- Experience in creative/design agency or marketing environment will be an added advantage.
