Job Description

We are hiring a Front Office cum Admin Executive to manage front desk operations and support daily office administration activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and basic knowledge of office coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Handle front desk activities, calls, and visitor management
  • Manage meeting room bookings and office coordination
  • Maintain courier, email, and office records
  • Support admin activities and office operations
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
  • Assist with travel bookings and appointment scheduling
  • Maintain attendance and basic admin documentation
  • Coordinate housekeeping and office maintenance
  • Prepare reports and data entries using MS Office

Skills Required

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good coordination and multitasking abilities
  • Professional and presentable personality
  • Basic administrative knowledge
