Job Description
We are hiring a Front Office cum Admin Executive to manage front desk operations and support daily office administration activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and basic knowledge of office coordination.
Responsibilities
- Handle front desk activities, calls, and visitor management
- Manage meeting room bookings and office coordination
- Maintain courier, email, and office records
- Support admin activities and office operations
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Assist with travel bookings and appointment scheduling
- Maintain attendance and basic admin documentation
- Coordinate housekeeping and office maintenance
- Prepare reports and data entries using MS Office
Skills Required
- Good communication skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good coordination and multitasking abilities
- Professional and presentable personality
- Basic administrative knowledge
