Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Greet and manage all visitors, ensuring proper sign-in and guidance.
- Conduct school tours for prospective parents and students when required.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentability of the reception area.
- Arrange refreshments (coffee, water, etc.) for guests and staff at the reception.
Security & Attendance
- Monitor staff in/out movement and report late arrivals.
- Maintain records of daily attendance and share reports as needed.
Parent & Public Communication
- Handle phone and in-person inquiries from parents and visitors.
- Coordinate parent communications, including scheduling appointments with teachers or school leadership.
Logistics & Distribution
- Coordinate the distribution of school uniforms and books to students.
- Manage interactions with vendors for supplies and services.
- Assist with student transport coordination (pick-up/drop logistics, communication with transport staff, etc.).
Administrative Support
- Manage and organize school-related emails and correspondence.
- Maintain and update student/staff data records as needed.
- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for the school office.
ERP & Systems
- Support data entry and reporting using the school's ERP system.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of updates in ERP modules relevant to office functions.
Student Engagement
- Engage newly admitted students (especially young children) with games or activities during waiting periods.
