Front Office & Customer Coordination
- Attend to visitors and handle enquiries in person and over the phone.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery with customers, ensuring all documentation and processes are complete.
- Provide product and organizational information to clients and the general public.
Back Office & Documentation
- Secure customer information for credit applications.
- Ensure proper delivery paperwork for new and pre-owned vehicle deals, including finance, registration, and extended warranty documentation.
- Monitor and update vehicle sale delivery boards accurately and timely.
Support & Compliance
- Assist the Finance department in vehicle sale processes as required.
- Maintain knowledge of all vehicle-related products, accessories, and after-sales items.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
