Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Associate located in Mysore. The Front Office Associate will handle day-to-day tasks such as welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, answering phone calls, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include managing room reservations, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Roles and Responsibility

1. Guest Reception and Customer Service

  • Greet and welcome visitors or guests warmly.
  • Answer questions and provide information about services, schedules, and policies.
  • Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process (especially in hospitality environments).

2. Handling Calls and Communication

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Take messages and ensure they are delivered promptly.
  • Manage email communications for the front office.

3. Appointment Scheduling and Coordination

  • Schedule appointments or bookings (for meetings, guests, clients, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal departments for meetings or guest services.
  • Maintain and update appointment calendars.

4. Administration and Documentation

  • Maintain records of visitors, bookings, or guests.
  • Handle billing and payment processing when required.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and managing documents.

5. Office Coordination

  • Ensure the front desk and reception area are clean and well-organized.
  • Order and manage office supplies.
  • Liaise between departments for efficient office operations
