- Manage front desk operations, reservations, and guest check-in/check-out
- Provide personalized service to guests, handling inquiries and requests
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless guest experiences
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and etiquette
Requirements:
- Atleast 6 months of years of experience in a front office role, preferably in a luxury hotel
- Excellent English communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and able to multitask
- Experience with hotel management systems is a plus
