Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune for a Front Office Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional customer service, and handling inquiries through phone and in-person interactions. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for guests, addressing their needs, and coordinating with other departments as necessary.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Proven experience in providing excellent Customer Service and handling Check-in procedures
  • Effective Communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with hotel management software is an added advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus
