Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Front Office Associate, located in Ranchi. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, coordinating front desk operations, assisting with check-in processes, and serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Additionally, the role will involve handling incoming calls, providing exemplary customer service, and maintaining professional communication standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Experience in Customer Service and Check-in procedures
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in basic office software and technology systems
- Ability to maintain a welcoming, courteous, and professional demeanor
- Previous experience in a front office or administrative role is an advantage
