Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation processes efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and occupancy information using PMS and related systems.
  • Assist in managing guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards, grooming policies, and operational SOPs.
  • Support Senior GSAs and Team Leaders in achieving guest satisfaction goals.
  • Assist with front office reports, shift handovers, and daily cash or key management.
  • Guide OJTs and help them understand operational procedures.
