Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Agra for a Front Office Associate. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs, responding to inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include answering phone calls, handling reservations, and maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the reception area. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing guest satisfaction by delivering seamless service and personalized experiences.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Customer Service and Check-in skills
  • Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle diverse guest needs
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality role is a plus
  • Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage
