Role Description

The Front Office Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. Responsibilities include welcoming clients, handling phone calls with professionalism, scheduling appointments, providing administrative support, and performing various clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations. As the first point of contact for the organization, the Front Office Assistant plays a key role in creating a positive and professional impression of Home Konnect®.

Qualifications
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Phone Etiquette for effective client communication
  • Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and managing calendars
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and handling general office operations
  • Competence in Clerical Skills, including data entry and document management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Basic computer and office software proficiency
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
