Role & Responsibilities

  • Managing front office & attending guests, clients, visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms to ensure they are tidy and welcoming
  • Coordinate office activities like Vendor management, Couriers, Housekeeping, Office maintenance, etc.
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders when necessary
  • Support administrative and HR functions whenever required (filing, documentation, data entry, interview co-ordination, Employee Data, Attendance, etc.)
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure the upkeep of office facilities including cleanliness, repairs, and infrastructure needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role (0-2 years), Freshers can also apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
