Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve sales targets set by the management on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience inlife insuranceotherwise exp in FMCG, telecom or Pharma
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Basic understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
