Job Summary

Responsible for driving sales through the agency channel by recruiting, training, and supporting insurance agents (or financial advisors). The role involves achieving business targets, maintaining strong relationships with agents, and ensuring consistent sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and activate insurance agents/advisors under the agency channel.
  • Motivate and guide agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Generate business through agents by promoting company products and services.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with agents and customers for long-term retention.
  • Conduct regular meetings and reviews to monitor performance and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify local market opportunities to expand the agency network.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales and target-orientation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Good understanding of insurance or financial products (preferred).
  • Self-driven and customer-focused.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 13 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance, banking, or financial services.
  • Experience in agency or channel sales is an advantage.
