Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Frontline Sales Representative based in Chennai. The role involves driving sales efforts by identifying and nurturing prospective leads, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and showcasing our portfolio of residential properties. In addition to selling, the candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. Collaboration with internal teams and participation in training sessions to enhance sales strategies are also part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with prospective and existing clients
- Sales skills, including the ability to identify potential prospects, convert leads, and close sales deals
- Experience in Sales Management and Training to develop and improve strategies for achieving sales targets
- Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members
- Basic knowledge of the real estate market in Chennai is a plus
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
- A positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
