To handle entire Time Office activities like workers Payroll process/Contract labour management / Statutory compliance etc.
Job Context: The incumbent should be well versed with the workers wages and its complexities with regard to incentive calculation , Rate change , VDA calculation , Wages MIS etc
Preferred to have some concepts of Long term settlement calculations , impact and other allied factors.
Major Challenges: Paper less activities of time office leading to digitations of Time office activities.
Synchronization of all reports to be made handy and accessible by relevant stakeholders.

Statutory deductions | Ensure all statutory deduction like PF , ESI , PTax , Labour Welfare fund etc. |
Knowledge inFull & Final , Gratuity Payment | Gratuity calculation, leave encashment , ensure statutory dues , deduction statutory as applicable etc. |
Preparation of IR Das board , Preparation of different reports (COO reports , Hands deployment report etc , Pension Dashboard.) | Ensure timely circulation of manpower deployment department wise , SBU wise , required to prepare COO MIS , Pension payment dash board etc. |
Newly joined employees Address and their nomination updating in payroll system | To upload , new employee joining in employee master , ensure employment life cycle management data base etc. |
