The role is responsible for managing talent acquisition, HR operations, HRMIS governance, and employee lifecycle processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to defined timelines.
Talent Acquisition: Ensure effective talent acquisition by maintaining end-to-end recruitment process hygiene in Alt Recruit, driving 100% job postings across platforms, closing positions within defined TAT and Time-to-Offer targets, and building a strong talent pipeline to support future hiring needs.
HR Operations: Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee data in Poornata by managing system hygiene, timely updates across all lifecycle changes, and regular updation of the organizational structure (organogram).
Employee Life Cycle Management: Ensure seamless management of the employee lifecycle by completing pre-joining formalities (including ID/email creation and appointment letters), facilitating onboarding and induction, ensuring timely evaluation and confirmation processes, executing same-day exit processing with complete documentation, and completing background verification within defined timelines.
HR MIS: Ensure timely preparation and submission of HR dashboards, including CHRO Dashboard, HRMIS, Site Dashboards, and CEO presentations.
