Job Description

Job Purpose

Look after the South Zone sale and to assist the sales team in various tasks to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ultimately contributing to increased sales and customer satisfaction.

Job Context & Major Challenges

Manage the sales of respective area and streamline the process by handling tasks like data management, documentation, Sampling, reports analysis, co-ordination with production.

	KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)	Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)
KRA1	Customer Follow-up	Dailly co-ordination with customers of respective area to manage the sales nos.
KRA2	Reports	Outstanding Order and stock reports Planning and co-ordination with sourcing team for production and daily basis comparison of production with plan
KRA3	Outsource, Purchase, Goods Return Material Packing	GRN, unloading, testing and packing of outsource, purchase, goods return material co-ordinating with Procurement, packing, SQC and go-down team. Monthly report and stock tally for outsources material. Payment follow up for sale-purchase material.
KRA4	Sampling (as and when required) for Linen and Blended yarn	Arrange samples of blended yarns for the customers. Co-ordinating with sourcing and go-down team for arranging the sample on time. Sharing the details of courier to the customer and sales person.
KRA5
