Front Line Engineer - Reliability

Job Description

Job Purpose: The position is responsible for executing & ensuring reliability of mechanical, Electrical, Utility & ETP equipment's, piping and structure through predictive maintenance/conditional monitoring/NDT with optimized cost and full compliance of SHE to ensure uninterrupted operations of plant.

Job Description:

Budget and Quality:

Perform, supervise, execute and make availability of mechanical equipment, packages to achieve budgeted production plan

Implement the SOP of Qualityassurance plan to achieve Qualities of Mechanical work As per production requirement.

Reliability:

Perform and execute predictive maintenance as per conditional monitoring to enhance the reliability of plant equipment and structure.

Systems & sustainability:

To ensure effective implementation of IMS (Integrated Management System, Operational Excellence (OpEx) and Sustainability Systems for achieving Business Excellence.

Safety Health & Environment:

SHE compliance Plan & implement Statutory & SHE compliance, Dupont safety system & procedure pertaining to process area for un-interrupted operation.
