Job Description

Job Purpose

To Prepare micro Plan, Coordinate, supervise, and maintain availability and reliability of field instruments with timely completion, optimized cost and full compliance of SHE to ensure uninterrupted operations of plant.

Key Result Areas

	KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)	Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)
KRA1	1)Prepare micro plan & implement, for Field instrument to achieve budgeted production plant	1)Monitor critical field instrument alarms & health status of field instrument from AMS system 2)Resolve Field instrument issue which impact production immediately.
KRA2	2)Prepare micro plan & implement maintenance, modification of Field instrument within budgeted cost.	1)To Micro plan routine Maintenance & calibration of field 2)To prepare and make available necessary test instruments & maintenance tools & facility, SOP, Instruction and maintenance manuals, drawing, diagram, datasheets of field. 3)To use and train the team to follow SOP and refer related documents, use of proper tools for routine maintenance of field instrument. 4)To use and motivate team to use all required PPEs during calibration & maintenance and execution of modification. 5)Ensure availability of mandatory spares & instruments and consumable items. 6)To do route cause analysis of breakdown and implement solution to overcome.. 7)Prepare annual/Short shutdown/Breakdown planning. 8)Prepare Annual Maintenance contract for Field instruments. 9)To maintain the capital and operational expenditure of field instrument within budget 10)Maintain appropriate inventory control of field instrument.
KRA3	3)To prepare & Implement Quality assurance plan to achieve quality Field instrument as Per production requirement.	1)Prepare quality procedure & work instruction for all maintenance Modification for field instrument. . 2)To do timely calibration of standard instrument and calibrators used for field instrument.
KRA4	4)To develop and establish Preventive Maintenance & calibration as per SAP PM module, Predictive Maintenance & Condition based monitoring of Field instrument C to enhance the reliability of Field within budgeted cost	1)To prepare PM schedule & PM check list for Field instrument. 2)Establish Preventive Maintenance system for reliability of Field instrument.
KRA5	5)To monitor Statutory & SHE compliance applicable Field instrument includes Dupont safety systems Un-interrupted Operations of plants	1)Implement SHE system including DuPont safety system standard for maintenance of field instrument 2)Carry out periodic review systems are put in place to maintain Safety and Environment in field instrument activity 3)To do safety observations and prevent unsafe act/practices at work.
KRA6	6)To impart training and motivate Team members of Instrument in various aspects of Field instrument For ensuring availability of required skill set and talent for identified positions & work .	1.To identify training needs of individual and team of instrument technicians for Field instruments. 2.To create rotational system of all team members in various area and also different instruments to have training of the same. 3.To give area ownership for better understanding of each area and instrument to individual
KRA7	7)Implement effectively World Class Systems includes IMS and their integration in Field instrument	1)Maintain all required documents in standard format as per system requirement in place for Field instrument. 2)To do review of all system & documents as per schedule 3)Carry out documentation of field instruments and update as per standard 4)Maintain all system in place as per standard requirement for for Field instrument 5)Comply all query/audit point as per standard requirement for Field instrument 6)Prepare system to avoid repetition of query and audit point for Field instrument
KRA8	8)To Implement Customer audits requirement pertaining to area of concern Facility Approval	1)To up keep all required updated documents in standard format as per customer requirement shall available before customer audit. 2)Keep all query/audit point shall be complied as per customer requirement.
